 na\, for the purpose of receiving comments on the foregoing fire tax rate
  increase request.  Pursuant to authorization under the Policy for Attend
 ance at Wilkes County Commissioners’ Meetings adopted by the Board of Com
 missioners on April 7\, 2020\, and amended August 4\, 2020\, November 5\,
  2020\, and April 20\, 2021\, and Session Law 2020-3 adopted by the North
  Carolina General Assembly on May 4\, 2020\, said public hearing will be 
 live streamed and physical attendance by members of the public will be al
