Health Education & Promotion

Our Health Promotion department is dedicated to promoting health and preventing disease and injury in our community. Our Health Educators work with many community partners to increase awareness and knowledge about health risks in order to promote behavior change and well as changes in policies and the environment that will encourage local citizens to make healthier lifestyle choices.
